Brenton Grant was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 1997 and High Court of Australia in 1998 and has practiced exclusively as a commercial lawyer since that time. Brenton’s clients benefit from his experience and strategic approach that he applies to all legal issues.
Brenton is an experienced commercial litigator with having litigated and defended clients in a wide range of complex commercial matters across multiple jurisdictions throughout Australia.
Whilst Brenton can be an aggressive litigator when he needs to be, he also understands the uncommercial realities of lengthy and costly (let alone distracting) litigation and the benefits in achieving an early compromise. We work with our clients to provide comprehensive commercial advice and representation to efficiently achieve the best, most practical outcome.
As the commercial law partner Brenton has significant experience in documenting and providing high level advice on a range of commercial transactions including joint ventures, large scale property transactions, business structuring, commercial leasing and agreements.
For many years Brenton has prepared security and prime documentation for international and domestic banks and private lenders.
Natasha was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia in 1999 and has practised exclusively as a family lawyer since that time.
Natasha has worked in private practice focussing her skills and attention in a field of law where each matter brings its own unique issues and level of complexity.
Having practised in family law for over 15 years, Natasha has significant experience in dealing with financial property division and children’s matters for married, de facto and same sex couples.
Natasha is highly conscious that her clients are facing what is likely to be one of the most stressful and difficult periods of their lives and endeavours to guide her client’s to enable them to make educated and well informed decisions throughout the course of their matter.
Natasha strives to achieve the best possible results for her client’s firstly, through lawyer negotiation. When litigation is necessary, Natasha has significant experience in successfully litigating matters, including complex multifaceted property disputes and urgent injunction and relocation cases.
